You sell it.
We build it.

The technical delivery partner for agencies that win projects their own team cannot staff. CRM migrations, API integrations and legacy-system rescue, executed under your brand.

  • NDA-friendly
  • Your brand on every deliverable
  • Canada and US timezones
  • Fixed scope, fixed price

You already sold the project. Now someone has to actually do it.

A client wants 40,000 Salesforce records in HubSpot with the workflows rebuilt. Your team does strategy and campaigns, not data engineering.

An 800-product WooCommerce store has to land on Shopify with URLs, variants and order history intact. Saying no means losing the entire account.

You are two months into hiring a developer and the work is due in three weeks. Contract capacity beats a rushed hire you will regret.

We take the messy, technical, high-consequence half.

Data and CRM migrations

Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, Keap or a decade of spreadsheets into HubSpot or GoHighLevel. Records, custom properties, associations, pipelines, workflows and history, not just the contact list.

WooCommerce and Magento to Shopify / Legacy CRM to modern CRM / Database to SaaS

API and system integrations

Two systems that need to talk and have no native connector. Webhook infrastructure, two-way sync, retry and error handling, and the authentication layer nobody wants to own.

REST and GraphQL / Webhooks / Middleware / Rate-limit handling

Legacy-system rescue

An inherited codebase with no documentation, a build that no longer runs, or a previous developer who stopped answering. We read other people's code for a living.

Codebase audit / Handover documentation / Stabilize and ship

Automation and custom builds

Lead routing, notification systems, internal tools and scheduled jobs. Plus the AI work that has to survive contact with real client data instead of a demo dataset.

Workflow engineering / Internal tools / LLM integration

What we settle before touching a single record.

You are not buying a CSV import. You are buying the guarantee that your client does not call you on Monday asking where four thousand contacts went.

  • Field mapping audit. Every source field maps to a destination field or gets an explicit, written decision to drop it. No silent data loss.

  • Duplicate strategy up front. Match rules and merge logic agreed before import, not discovered afterward inside a polluted database.

  • Association integrity. Deals to contacts to companies, preserved and verified. Orphaned records are the most common migration failure.

  • Integration inventory. We list what breaks the moment the old system goes read-only, before it breaks rather than after.

  • Staging run first. A full rehearsal on a data subset, reviewed with you, before anything touches production.

  • Reconciliation and rollback. Record counts matched source against destination and signed off in writing, with a documented path back.

Three steps, no retainer.

  1. Step one

    Send the scope

Forward the client brief exactly as it stands, however rough. If it lives in your head instead, give us twenty minutes. We ask the technical questions your client has not been asked yet.

  2. Step two

    Fixed quote in 48 hours

One price, a written scope and a delivery date. Quote your client whatever you like on top. If scope moves mid-project we flag it and quote the difference before doing the work.

  3. Step three

    We deliver, you ship

Progress updates in your Slack or by email, written in language you can forward to the client without editing. Thirty days of fixes on delivered scope, included.

Priced so there is room for your margin.

Fixed-scope bands, so you can quote your client before you call us. Most agency projects land between two and eight thousand dollars.

Migration, standard

$1,500 to $3,500

Clean source, known platforms, under roughly ten thousand records.

Migration, complex

$3,500 to $9,000

Custom objects, dirty data, live integrations, workflow rebuild.

Integration build

$1,500 to $5,000

Two systems, one direction or both, with error handling that holds.

Rescue, hourly

$175 / hour

Something is broken, it is live, and it needed fixing yesterday.

CAD, before taxes / 50% to start, 50% on delivery / No retainer, no minimum volume

Your client stays your client.

What actually stops agencies from subcontracting is not quality. It is the fear that the subcontractor turns into a competitor. So this goes into the agreement, not just onto a website.

We never approach your client
Not during the project and not after it. A mutual non-solicit is standard in every engagement we take.
You choose the visibility
Completely invisible, or on the call as a member of your team using your email domain. Your call, either way.
No named references without permission
Your client never appears in our portfolio unless you explicitly clear it. NDA on file before scoping if you prefer.
Code and credentials are yours
Full ownership on final payment, delivered into your repository with handover documentation. No lock-in to us.

Straight answers.

What if the scope changes halfway through?
We stop, tell you what changed, and quote the difference before doing the work. You decide whether to absorb it or pass it to your client. You will never get an invoice you did not approve in advance.
How much access do you need to our client's systems?
Read access during scoping, scoped admin credentials during the build, revoked at handover. If your client cannot grant direct access we work from exports, though it raises the price because it slows verification.
How fast can you start?
Scoping within 48 hours of your brief. The start date depends on the current queue, and we tell you honestly rather than accepting work we cannot fit. Most migrations run one to three weeks end to end.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Thirty days of fixes on delivered scope, included, with no hourly billing. After that, ongoing support is available or you take it in-house using the documentation we hand over.
Do you work with agencies outside Canada?
Yes. Most of our agency work is Canada and the US, which keeps everyone inside overlapping business hours. Invoicing in CAD or USD.
We have a small piece of work. Is it worth your time?
Yes, and a small first project is usually the right way to start. Send the thing you would rather not hand to a stranger, and see how it goes before trusting us with the migration that actually matters.

Got one on
your desk?

Forward the brief as it stands. You get a fixed quote and a written scope within 48 hours, and no follow-up sequence if the answer is no.
