Every shared world and every challenge has a 6-character code. Share the code; the other person enters it in ZAYA under Us → Join with code (for a world) or Arena → Join with code (for a challenge). No usernames or followers needed.
From Today, tap "Log your challenges" and enter an amount. It's added to every active challenge that has that activity.
Upgrades you earn during the week are revealed on Sunday. Before then, you'll see "An upgrade is waiting… unwrap it on Sunday".
In a challenge, tap ⋮ next to the person → Report, or, if you created the challenge, Remove from challenge. In Us, tap ⋮ → Report or Leave this world. We review reports within 24 hours.
ZAYA Pro is billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
Open the paywall (Profile → Subscription) and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
Yes. On iPhone and iPad, ZAYA Pro supports Family Sharing: one subscription covers your household. People you invite to a world or a challenge join for free.
Check Profile → Notifications in ZAYA, and make sure notifications are allowed for ZAYA in your device settings.
You can also email us to request deletion.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and follow the link sent to your email.
